Pharmaceutical
Designed and deployed a Building Management System (BMS) for 25 HVAC units at Ferozsons Laboratories. Scope covered PLC programming and HMI application development, with a centralized control and monitoring platform built on BACnet protocol networking, automating 4×25 compressors, 2×25 heaters, 2×25 pre-heaters and 1×25 VFDs.

Food Industry
Designed and implemented a complete motor control and automation system for a large-scale conveyor belt network, built on a Siemens SIMATIC S7-400 PLC platform with a WinCC-based SCADA system. Developed a fully functional Motor Control Center (MCC) handling 108 motors, enabling safe, efficient and optimized control of the conveyor system.

Designed automation and control systems for critical plant operations, including cooling systems, weir side gate systems, compressor control systems and partial discharge monitoring. Built on Schneider PLCs, ABB AC800M DCS and ABB Symphony S+ SCADA, with full integration of field-level PLCs, DCS and SCADA systems.

Oil and Gas
Designed and implemented a redundant Distributed Control System using Siemens PCS 7 with AS 410 controllers and a WinCC (PCS7 OS Servers) SCADA system, communicating over Industrial Ethernet and PROFIBUS DP remote I/O. Implemented a fiber-optic backbone for plant-wide communication reliability, and developed CFC control charts, PID & cascade control loops, and emergency shutdown sequences.
